Spectrum of L.I.G.H.T. (SOL) is a collaboration among faith-based volunteers focused on a benevolence
approach to community service. SOL is a non-profit separate from church operations, dedicated to the
mission of mind, body, spirit well-being and healing. It is a modest operation in which the diverse skills
and expertise of volunteers fills gaps and addresses community needs in various ways. An example of
SOL’s focus on benevolence service can be seen in the video clip illustrating its countywide wellness
clinics, located on the Love page.

The philosophy represented on the website demonstrates that faith and science were designed to be
mutually reinforcing rather than competing. We believe that small actions taken among many people
create a path to transformation and that we are called to be a light in the world. We have an interest in
outreach and service that is responsive to community need on all levels of well-being. Please check any
